How do I cancel or change my order?

What is a Raver Saver?
Last Updated: 23 June 2025Raver Saver is a savings scheme that lets you put away money into a secure savings pot. This helps you save up for future events before tickets are released, meaning you can pay in advance rather than on the spot. Please note that Tomorrowland is not included in the Raver Saver scheme.
Do I need to bring ID?
Last Updated: 23 June 2025Yes, please bring your ID with you. You will need it for entrance to the bus and also into the event. The name on the booking must match the name on your ID or you will be refused entry or have to pay £39.99 for a name change.
Can I buy just a travel-only package with you?

What tour packages do you offer?
Last Updated: 23 June 2025All packages are tour specific but usually, we offer a VIP or general admission package for your chosen event. VIP packages include express entrance, VIP viewing decks, an exclusive bar and toilets. Make sure to check out our event page to see what we have on offer for those looking to go VIP!
What format does the festival ticket come in?
Last Updated: 23 June 2025Once you’ve bought your tour package, you’ll be added to our Gis A Rave WhatsApp group. All you need to do is confirm your name and booking confirmation number to ensure it’s you. You’ll receive your ticket as a PDF via WhatsApp or email within 4 weeks before the event.
